To commence your enrolment process with Quest Academy of Learning, please complete our online form for each child.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Your child is not enrolled until full payment is received and class allocation provided. To complete your child’s enrolment, one of our Customer Service Representatives will get in touch with you within 48 hours of the online form submission to finalise your child’s enrolment and take payment. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please contact us as soon as possible to finalise payment and enrolment.
