Payment & Discount Policy
How can I pay for my child’s tuition fees?
Payment can be made in person or online. We accept the following payment
methods:
• Cash
• Online Payment (bank details provided on enrolment)
All fees are payable in full for the term in advance.
All seats are reserved only upon payment of fees.
1 x trial class is offered. Full payment for this class shall be paid if your child enrols for the term. No payment shall be made if your child does not continue. Pro-rata payments if your child enrols during mid-term.
Discounts, such as sibling discount and early bird discount offered each term. Please discuss this with the Principal or deputy Principal.
About Our Tuition
What are your course materials like?
We regularly revise and improve our teaching materials to be in line with any changes in the current school curriculum and exams.
The Academy’s curriculum is a little ahead of most schools. Our programmes are specially designed for students who aim for improvement, enrichment, extension, and acceleration.
Absences from classes missed will not be refunded, credited or rolled over.
We allocate break times for students and we highly encourage your child to bring a snack and a drink if they have a recess break.
All students to provide their own named stationery items:
• Pencil
• Rubber
• Coloured pencils
• Ruler
• Highlighter for years 3-6
• Red, blue and black pen for years 3-6
• Kindergarten and Pre-Prep students will be issued a required stationery list
Quest Academy will not be responsible for any loss of property.
Competitions & Assessments
As part of our holistic approach to education, Quest Academy offers students an opportunity to do coaching and training for NAPLAN- Years, 3 and 5 (English, mathematics and writing) and ICAS- Years 2-6 (English, maths and science). The extra training is usually conducted as a private 1:1 class, during the school holidays. Fees will be discussed at the time.
