At Quest Academy of Learning we are committed to education that goes beyond traditional methods, fostering a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
At Quest we use the Letterland literacy programme which is highly effective in early development of reading and writing. I am proud to say, all our tiniest Quest students are able to read and write prior to entering Prep. We also use the "Boxed Cars" method to teach maths. Again this is a very effective method to help children learn how to add and subtract numbers, tell the time and problem solve beyond their years.

All academic materials at Quest Academy are carefully crafted, revamped and updated regularly in accordance with the Australian curriculum. We believe this is paramount to an ever changing world.
Every week our students engage in a Quest booklet comprising of: spelling, writing, reading comprehension, grammar, general mathematics including problem solving. The materials are taught by a classroom teacher, marked and returned with helpful tips and tricks to improve.

Literacy, Writing and Numeracy Skills
Our qualified teaching staff goes beyond the ABCs, focusing on comprehensive literacy development. We offer engaging activities and personalised guidance empower children to excel in reading and writing. Beyond basic numbers, we delve into advanced numeracy concepts, ensuring a solid mathematical foundation. Interactive lessons and real-world applications make learning numbers beyond 20 enjoyable and practical.
Independent Reading, Inferential Thinking and Naplan Training
We pride ourselves on cultivating a love for reading and our program encourages independent exploration of diverse literary genres. Through carefully curated materials and guided reading sessions children develop a lifelong passion for books.
We nurture critical thinking skills, fostering the ability to draw conclusions and make informed decisions. Engaging discussions and thought-provoking activities empower children to think beyond the surface. We work alongside Year 3 and 5 children to deliver amazing results with Naplan tests. We have developed programs based on past tests to ensure your child is prepared.
Fine Motor Skills and Directional Tracking
Our curriculum includes activities that enhance fine motor skills, crucial for writing and daily tasks. Directional tracking exercises promote coordination and visual skills, laying the groundwork for academic success.
